nimbus, I think you're a bit blind, dawg. Look back at my posts. I've specifically NOT gone into all the details as I've been "requested" by a member to do. If you have actually read my posts, I'm specifically NOT spamming this forum with my own, but instead I have asked for genuine help with my own body goals. I have replied to other topics, and nowhere will you see my own forum listed. When an overboard attitude comes my way, I have yet again NOT given my forum address or anything like that on this forum, purposely, so I'm not spamming this forum with my own.
