Body for Life

Check out my blog for info on my recent Body for Life Challenge http://fuzzyelfone.blogspot.com/
I would live feedabck on my before and after pics! Thanks all!

Hey girl - just saw your blog. Congrats on Challenge 1! What is your opinion of the BFL program? I think its a great introduction to the basics of nutrition, training & cardio!

RE: taking progress pix. I have a $199 digi cam (Fuji FinePix) with a timer. I take progress pix as I prep for my re-entry back into bodybuilding & figure competition. I prop the cam up on a stack of boxes, set it to the timer mode and take all my pix in the same location. My pix are fairly consistent and decently lit due to the flash on the cam. Works well for me as I can't rely on my cat to take consistently good pix that don't have cat hair stuck around the edges. He also has a penchant for licking the camera lens when it pops out for pix. So I use the timer mode & do it myself :)

Fuzzy, when you post the same thing to five of our boards on your first visit, it looks a lot like spam. :worried: Take your time, get settled in, and get to know our mods (like Sassy) -- they're here to help. We're here for the long run.

Oh, yeah -- Welcome aboard!

Thanks so much...
I love BFL - I'm learning so much about the right balance between the food end of things and the working out. I've worked out before, but I never lost weight and did so well as I have with this program. I like that it seems so structered. Although, I think for my next run, I will change a few things and try to kick it up a notch :)

Sassy, (and all) it's been recommended to me that I should move away from BFL and start a 3X week full body workout - what do you think?

I'm not familiar with the BFL program... and don't understand very much your web...
tell me what are your main objectives?
