Thanks! I'm so nervous about this. I will post up workout and food when I get back from the gym tomorrow AM, along with BF%. I'm following Shadow's project before he starts charging.

8:30 A.M. - 2 T-Rex, Yohimburn ES, multi vitamin (I :sick: then I was good to go)
9:00 A.M. – Cardio, Treadmill 35 min constant speed, incline 12-15, heart
rate was 160-170 BPM (3.3-3.8 mph)
10:00 A.M. - Meal # 1:
- Protein shake........
- 2 1/4 scoops of ISO AGB
- 3/4 cup of Vit D milk
- 1 teaspoon creatine
- HAVE TO GET GLUT when I'm done posting
- Small amount of fruit, 10 blueberries, 2 strawberries
- SUPPs, 1 Glucorell-R
10:30 A.M. – 4 Levorex

Hey ladies! Thanks for the warm welcome! I feel grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat today. Yes I am Irish, my grandma and her 2 brothers & 5 sisters all born and raised there, but I really look like NONE of them.

I have felt the nauseua from the T-Rex but never got sick until this morning. After 2 min, I was fine and ready to go, passed pretty quick. I usually have a banana with t-rex in the A.M. but I wanted SO BAD to do cardio on empty stomach.

try the levorex as its non stim based before am cardio tomorrow on empty and see how that works...then take the trex in place of the Lrex.

Yeah he'll be a good running partner... I think he's going to get to be about 90 pounds. I'm comparing him to other Boxers I have had. What did you name your rot?

My boxer is small mastiff size, BIG BOY... He's probably around 95 ish now, he's hypothyroid but they couldnt find much fat to stick him last time i took him to vet...

Didnt get the Rotty pup yet, trying to decide what to get, I truly love them too... Mastiff or Rot, or even a little dog. Probably wont go with another boxer just yet, Sam is just THAT great :)

I REALLY like Mastiffs too. The big ones! Almost got one.

I love how they're such big babies :) My bed is about 3 1/2 feet off the ground, Sammy takes a running start, then proceeds to sprawl across the middle of my queen mattress, and I'm stuck sleeping on the corner or pushed up again the wall....

Ya know, not too much really. My hands get all clammy and tingly from the t-rex so I guess all (if any) sides are from that. Doesn't bother me much at all, I'm just antsy and can't get any work done (probably because Im on Ef all day :rolleyes: )

It's my 'stack' I guess, since you can use them in conjuction ...

lol, I usually have a banana, but on Wed. I tried to go without it, and girl, like clock work, 20 MIN LATER got sick, 2 min after that had my 2nd wind and had a great workout :)

ABS: Kicked my ass
- Supersets: bicycles with upper body motion & lying leg scissors; 3 cycles of one minute each

Must have been emotional - I wanted to eat more, couldnt sleep, but it passed. I am going to the gym this morning to rid some of this stress without overdoing it, of course. Steam room and hot tub are calling my name :p

Haven't been to the steamroom and sauna for months.. sounds good
