body fat porcentaje high do I cycle?...

Well I think it is that muscle burns fat, and building muscle consume calories, coupled with the desire to hit the gym hard cause you are juicing is probably what burns all the fat people think that the gear itself does. I dunno I am no expert but it makes sense to me.

I tend to agree here.

But really, it comes down to a person's individual goals and training history. It sounds like this 55% guy hasn't had extensive history of using the gym.

Steroids are not for novices who just started working out with light weights last year.

Now, if this guy was just a fatass PLer squatting 950lbs in the SHW class in the IPF, then it would be a different story.

Ok thanks for all the posts. I always been in and out of the gym, also kickboxing, box, judo and yoga has been in my routine on and off. But i do have aprox 1 1/2 without doing nothing but pumping my thumb with my 300 channel TV.

Im a big guy in stature with a nice built, im not like those round fat guys. Anyways i found this article about gear and body fat:

Adipose (fat) tissues are also androgen responsive, and here these hormones support the lipolytic (fat mobilizing) capacity of cells. This may be accomplised by an androgen-tied regulation of beta-adrenergenic receptor concentrations or general cellular activity (through adenylate cyclase). We also note that the level of androgens in the body will closely correlate (inversely) with the level of stored body fat. As the level of androgenic hormones drops, typically the deposition of body fat will increase. Likewise as we enhance the androgen level, body fat may be depleted at a more active rate.

The ratio of androgen to estrogen action is in fact most important, as estrogen plays a counter role by acting to increase the storage of body fat in many sites of action. Likewise if one wished to lose fat during steroid use estrogen levels should be kept low, and steroid choice is important. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that non-aromatizing steroids have always been favored by bodybuilders looking to increase the look of definition and muscularity while aromatizing compounds are typically relegated to bulking phases of training due to their tendency to increase body fat storage.
 
What's up with those dudes on ESPN2's strong man competition? Some of those guys are tubby. Is that what a fat guy on gear looks like?
 
I think steroids in an offhand way do help you burn fat. The more muscle you gain on cycle the more energy it takes to feed them. The more muscle you have the more fat it burns away by working them. Isn't this true?
 
Testosterone definately burns fat. proven time and time again clinically and in the lab.

My concern with very large people is they are obviously at much higher risk for Cardiovascular disease, peripheral artery disease, hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and a host of other problems.
Obviously supraphysiological doses of AAS do NOT help these problems. If anything they will propagate the syndrome.
My advice(please understand i am NOT a physician) would be to get a COMPLETE blood panel, EKG, thyroid test, PSA test. EVERYTHING possible to check and double check that this cycle will not be detrimental to the heart. Also while on, halfway through get it checked AGAIN. it is not very expensive if you have decent insuance and well worth it. It amazes me how many guys will spend literally tens of thousands of dollars a year on all types of drugs and supplements and not 100$ to have thier blood work checked out.
Please recommend this to your friend.
