18-20% you have no muscle really. you are young but you haven't built much yet. 15% is pretty trim bro you would not have chest fat or love handles like that. under 15 you begin to see abs and lose love handles.

yes i do at a higher weight though its too hard to make weight for him after going up to heavy

I have handles at 13% ... and lower abs are covered with a nice layer. People hold fat in different places.

Just wanted to chime in to state that NO ONE can state what YOUR bf % is.

You could have legs that are ripped to shreds... or are fat globs... legs contributed to a large % of your body mass.

Start squating, deadlifting, benching, and rowing EVERY WEEK... and eat quality food. You'll be happy you did :coffee:
 
It'd be easier to estimate your bodyfat if we could see how adipose tissue is dispersed on your body. Better post up some naked pics.

Why don't you get tested or learn how to do it yourself?


I assume you're looking to get bigger? How do you intend to do it? Are you lifting seriously now? Do you have a meal plan?
