Body fat at 22%??? Picture included...

There is no way you are 22... Your quads are starting to pop and you have the line going down your middle. I will agree with shadow. At 22 you would barely have any definition...
 
The tanita scales are measuring different things (well, more sources of bodyfat) than just the skinfold, but the skinfold is what is meaningful to us as fitness people estimating bodyfat.

But seriously, you look great!
 
NO ways! I measured mine the other day and Im 24, and you look a shite load better than I do. Id estimate it at around 15.

When we ask those questions & compare bodyfat measurements its very important to be comparing apples & apples. Tanita scale is not the same as skinfold.

I disagree with this. Everyone's abs come out at different BF%.

I have a line down the middle of my stomach at 20%. Down towards 17% I get obliques. But at 15% I STILL didn't have separation between the muscle bellies and STILL had a good layer of fat over my ab muscles. I would have to get down to about 11% to start to get REAL ab definition. That is just my genetics.

To the original poster - you are WAY below 22%. :)
 
I didn't have the ab seperation on contest day when I calipered at 8.6%. WTF??? Anyway, i didn't. (My ab genes suck :worried:)
