Yeah, it seems like a server in the cluster/farm is the culprit.

it's all digger's doing. every time someone insults him, he sits at the server and plays with the plug a little bit. sometimes he just flat out pulls the plug for 5-10 minutes at a time. he gets some sick twisted pleasure from seeing everyone that's logged on and waiting for their screen to refresh so they can post or view the forums.
