2. I took them before I ate, seems easier that way...
3. take it right before you are eating or with a protein drink or wahtever... Doesn't matter.
You dont have to split them up. I take one on an empty stomach every morning. I have the best results that way. Then I eat an hour later. Good Luck Bro!!!!
Be SURE to split them up and CHEW them. They are tightly compressed and probably will not dissolve if not chewed. I took 2 a day...one in the am...one in the pm....fucking awesome results. I also took them right before eating...I took them on an empty stomach a few times and they seeme dto aggrevate it a little
Take one tab, chewed in the am 30 minutes before you eat.
Take one tab, chewed 30 minutes before you work out. (This is if you work out in the pm)
