Blood work in and need advice

Need some advice got my blood work back and it seems to me my test levels are low, especially my Free Test.

Total Test: 471 range: 262 - 1593 ng/dl
Free Test: 1.19 Range: 0.95 - 4.30 ng/dl

I take an anti depr. and I think they all pretty much affect test levels. I have no sex drive whatsoever. My question is what can I take to improve these levels and get a sex drive back? I DO NOT want to take steroids, I prefer a natural approach. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

check with your endo. don't know if they'll prescribe anything since you are within normal ranges though.
Off the top of my head: ensure you get plenty of sleep, eat regularly, avoid alcohol, include mono-sat fats in diet, and unload the gun every day. I'm sure there are others as well that someone will offer.

99% of endo's will tell you that you are fine and within normal range.

You actually need a more complete blood panel done. Speak with your doctor about that imo....

Ha! I love it! I DO NOT want to take steroids, I prefer a natural approach, then script and now should I take it?
Testosterone is a hormone that is naturally produced in the body. Test is test! Get a script for 100mg/week via the needle.
