Most docs are clueless when it comes to recognizing suboptimal readings..even if they do notice a low reading, they do not know how to optimize it. I recommend blood testing to all of my clients; I also do free second opinions for people who have had blood tests done and are not satisfied with the interpretation. Question for you. I just started my 5 wk winny cycle at 30mg/day. I have perfect cholesterol and blood pressure. 120/80. Should I expect a dramatic deterioration with my perfect blood and pressure? Based on your experience of course. Thanks for the help.

Hey Doc, just wondering I go to the doc the 25th of this month for a full physical if I ask him for these tests will I be giving away my little secret? Or can I just tell him that a friend recommended these tests for some reason.
