Blood test results in...

Here's a cut and paste of my situation from another thread

Seems as though I have some sort of hormone issue going on...again. I did a sust/fina cycle 12 months ago (125mg sust and 75mg fina EOD - 8 weeks). All was fine and then aout 4-5 months post cycle I had a massive acne outbreak on my chest, neck, back, and shoulders. A month later my nipples got sore and I began to feel small lumps forming. I battled with combinations of Nolva and Letro and eventually the ugly beast slowly crawled back into it's cave...leaving me with two very small lumps...not visible but I could feel them. Now, another 4 months later, with absolutely no AAS use in over 12 months, it's back...sore puffy nips, lumps are growing, and I have a very slight increase in acne on my back face and shoulders. I went to the doc and she thought it might be a hormone issue but couldn't make sense of it. The acne would be from too much androgen/test but the nips would be from estrogen...but I have both problems. She sent me up for some blood work (test, estrogen, DHEA) and will refer me to a endocrinologist when the results come in.

And the blood test results-

DHEA Sulfate: 248
Testosterone Serum: 352
Total Estrogens: 105

I also have metabolic panel results but figured these were most relevant. DHEA is below the "normal" range (280-640), test is "normal" but on the low end and estrogen is "normal" but on the high side. I have a referal to an endo in 3 weeks. I haven't been taking anything to battle it because I didn't want to screw up my blood test results. FYI, I'm 29 and have had a very good sex drive until 8 months ago when this first started. Any input? I'm waiting to start a sust and var cycle but want to get this figured out first. I also have HCG, nolva, and clomid...maybe a serious round of PCT? I'll wait till I see the endo to do anything.

She should have checked your pituitary hormones, as a prolactinoma can sometimes cause, or exacerbate pre-existing gynecomastia.

Sorry I have nothing to add. But I really appreciate you keeping us informed. I think we could all learn from this. Keep us posted as a prognosis and treatment develops.

She really didn't kbow what to make of it...that's why she set me up with some basic tests and sent me along to an endo...but I have to wait 2+ more weeks. I already called and explained that I'm concerned and really need to see the doc ASAP. The original appointment was in F-ing July!

Dude, what was your PCT like?
Are you planning to tell your doctor about the past cycle before or after you see what he wants to do?

Last cycle PCT was just clomid for a few weeks...probably not sufficient. I'll answer any questions from the doc honestly...only way to get this problem solved.

you probably should look at prolactin levels, too

and running an anti-a like adex would help get you T/E levels in better balance

Anyone have any comments on my hormone levels? Shouldn't test be higher for my age (29)? The "normal" range means nothing to me if I have no sex drive.

bro reread my comments you have a high conversion of T to E, so if you reduce that conversion rate, your T should come up nicely (both total and free)
