hey bros....went to kroger today to try the blood pressure machine....everything was normal besides the first thing that started with an S....it said normal was below 120 and i scored a 144....its suposily hyper tension stage....im 3.5 weeks into my cycle....what should i do

you can get bp meds from your doc like i did, or just ride it out. it is normal during a cycle for the pressure to go up. just keep an eye on it and make sure its not out of control

The top number is calles Systolic and the bottom is call Diastolic.
Normal ranges are 110 - 140 on the top and 70 -90 on the bottom.
BP can be different in morning vs afternoon.
Real concern is the bottom number over 100 - then consult with a physician.

Those machines aren't really designed for us anyway. You probably aren't getting a good reading unless you have 15 inch arms. I take Diovan. It works great for me during cycles and off. If you are worried just go to doc like mentioned above. I pay something like ten bucks for a months supply of Diovan,but that is with insurance.

there are plenty of vitamins & minerals that help with bp, search.

arimidex lowers by BP during cycle by reducing water retention.

You can also use a mild otc duiretic, like expel.

Try taurine as mentioned, hawthorn berry, and nolvadex to help with the bp.
