Blood pressure - get down damnit.

Hey guys quick question.. Any decent ways of getting bp down (waiting for n2guard in mail currently)
Because Its starting to become an issue with work (light labour atm) and gym starting to suffer a little.. Due to needing to rest from light head etc

Cut all added salt out and don't really eat salty foods, get decent water.

Thinking of a natural diuretic.. To cut a bit of water retention.. Searched around and most answers are assortment of herbs.

Since you've cut out salt, do moderate morning cardio,add Taurine and Cranberry juice,this will help contribute to the BP drop ,I would still do this even after getting Needto Guard.
Doing this lowers your BP,Heart rate, raises your metabolism,Cardiovascular system to help you burn fat all day.Its a win,win suitation.

You may need some script meds to control your BP.
 
Dude, go see a Doctor! These people here are not professional medical advisors. I have a history of high BP. The symptoms you described sound like you need medical attention... Don't fuck with your BP. Do you want to stroke-out???
 
:( yeah I'm gonna go see one tomorrow. I played down how bad it's getting lol, outta breath most of the time, what's hectic is the really bad nearly passing out when I work and squat down to grab stuff. Instant headache and heart rate spikes when I crouch now lol.
Gotta venture away from family doctor :)

as radar said keep cardio it helps with your cardiovascular health and will increase your appetite

Well I've had to drop back my bent over rows as bending over and holding a bar with even just 150lbs makes me dark red and nearly black out (after first rep lol).
Appetite is good man, I'm eating lots. Not worried about that.
But yeah will Jump back on light cardio (I do get 8 hours a night 3 times a week of constant walking/lifting) as I labour. It's just become increasingly taxing.. To the point of uncomfortable.
(one day I'llsquat like you, (and die)) :)
 
Do what ledhead said bro, get you butt to the DR ASAP!
