Why are your doses so HIGH? Thats completely not needed, upping the doses of everything does not always produce BETTER results, you just start adding to the sides and start running the risk of MAJOR problems.

30mg of Havoc some days seemed like too much, but jesus 60mg? That can not be healthy or productive!
