They are looking to see if you smoke. They may also check your blood lipids and do a full metabolic on you to look for makers of diease such an liver diease, kidney diease and cancer. So if your colosterol is high ans your liver values are elevated you may have some problems. They will also test for HIV.

Just a trick:

For your liver values say thet you had hepatitis at an early age, then your liver values will be different as well.

The only thing they may question is your blood-sugar level. It happened to me when I was getting a new policy and on-cycle at the time of the test.
