I train first thing in the am...by the time 5pm rolls around, I feel bloated as hell from eating all day and feel like I HAVE to do cardio.....anyone feel this way? Is walking on the treadmill at a lacadasical speed worthwhile? I'm bulking and want to gain some lean mass, but I'm already doing cardio on my off days (35 minutes on eliptical or treadmill M, Th, and Sat.....) suggestions?
