bloated and cardio

I train first thing in the am...by the time 5pm rolls around, I feel bloated as hell from eating all day and feel like I HAVE to do cardio.....anyone feel this way? Is walking on the treadmill at a lacadasical speed worthwhile? I'm bulking and want to gain some lean mass, but I'm already doing cardio on my off days (35 minutes on eliptical or treadmill M, Th, and Sat.....) suggestions?
 
if your trying to bulk a bloated feeling is normal bro...but i understand where your comiong from....the walking on the treadmill will probably help psychologically.....maybe not so much physically
 
to add cardio at night would be too much cardio for bulking IMO - you are already getting a good amount on off days (i wouldnt even be doing this) but thats me. You prolly are used to being leaner
 
right on...I'm just going to go do it for a mental appeal (sitting in offfice all day sucks!) and hit some abs.....
 
You can try to eat more dense food and drink away from meals
