GUys I feel bloated everytime I drink water I feel bloated even on a small sip I fuckin hate this so bad. =( I feel horrible and depressed from this bloat I look like I gain 1 1/2% in BF now but I look a lil bigger but I hate this bloat! I dont want to use AIFM . I am thinking of doing LETRO at a low dose like .25mg should I run it ED or EOD?

Maybe you need to drink a lot more water. Insufficient water can lead to bloating.

Regarding the AIs, Letro is the strongest and maybe too string for most people. Arimidex is the weakest and too weak for many. Aromasin and AIFM are in the middle. Depending on how much you find you need and how long your cycle is, you'll probably stretch into a second can of AIFM over a cycle.

Letro will quash oestrogen very efficiently and you can easily find that you have virtually none floating around. Libido will plummet and your joints will ache.

If you start at around 0.5 to 1mg EOD and take it from there, adjusting as you see fit. Keep in mind that, when you make an adjustment in dosage, it can take three days or so to notice the changes.

Forget the stupid letro, it kills your libido. Go take Aromasin ASAP. 25mg/ed will boost your libido and kill your bloat.

AIFM typically last a lot longer than others, even when they are low dosed. even at high end dosing (6 pumps) it typically lasts 50 days. However if you are off cycle 2 pumps per day is high end where it will last you about 100 days

however using low dose letro is an option. at 1mg eod it will last you about 70days ([email protected] per ml).

if absolute dryness is you absolute concern then letro is your best choice, though it does have its drawbacks when it comes to libido and joints.

price wise really depends on the individual and usage.

Generally reccomend aromasin over letro but its more expensive. But again as stated for the absolute dryest letro is hard to beat, however such can be achieved (especially off cycle) with aromasin or AIFM as well (even dex- though depends on user)

I am currently using letro at 1.0 eod, and it is sufficient to keep bloat off. But yeah get you some Proviron cause letro crushes your libido.

i hate it man I feel fat I cant fucking stand it but I am not fat but i just love when I feel so tight and nothing in my stomache no matter how much I eat CLEAN CALS CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I even boil my chicken before puttin it on the george foreman to kill the soduim. I will use letro at .5 like he said thanks for the advice i was reading alot TMATT told me .25 but he always goes high on doses. I dont know he likes to use alot heh. I dont like to use alot only a little. Test at like 750 now tho my first cycle. But shit I will use letro low dose and I will take it EOD.Thanks guys I really needed the help.

I'll tell you why. I used to not give a shit about it. Ten years later, when I go back and look at all my pics, and start remembering some of the things that my girlfriends would say to me, I realize how horrible I looked with the puffed up cheeks, and water retention coming out the wazoo. I've been off for 4 months now, and have gotten an astounding amount of compliments about my appearance, and how much better my face looks. This is from people that I never even discussed my steroid usage with. They KNEW the whole time. Now I know why. I can pinpoint it on anyone in the gym. I'm not going back to that chipmunk look. That's definitely the one thing I loved about Fina. No water weight. Best I ever looked was after just 5 weeks on 75 mg/day. Too bad my hair was running off my head.
