Bleeding

Recently I have been bleeding a lot on all my shots(could be from accidentally flexing when pulling out the pin but I dont think so). I know my bp is a little high(and sometimes i am doing shots when I am angry/nervous). I was wondering if anyone on here has tried icing an area before doing it so you wont bleed as much(and then after doing the shot us a heat pad so the gear moves around.

Not really, I used to cut my shins a lot and they would barely even bleed. It also might be a little bit stress related, sometimes I get pretty worked up over things.

Prob just nicking veins. Using ice before the shot is a bad idea imo as ice INCREASES blood flow to the area as the body will rush blood to the area to warm it up in an attempt to attain homeostasis again. The ice will also tighten up your muscles, which is a bad thing, if anything heat the muscle. Where are you shooting? I've bled a lot last 4 times I've injected (delt, pec and tricep and bicep).

Nope, i have been trying to stay away from anything that could thin my blood. The shots that bled the most were both delts, but today my glute(which normally never does) bled a bit, but that was prob cause i rushed the shot a little and was nervous(I did it in a bad location). I was thinking the same thing about the ice but I couldnt think of antyhing else that might slow it down.

how`s it goin freak,I don`t really have a good answer for ya.
just wanted you to know I have been threw the same thing.I can remember back a few months ago for two wks strait I bled like a pig no matter where I injected, except for glutes.then it just came out of it.if I guessed I would say it probably has something to do with bp or water retention.but like I said thats a guess.

First, don't rush you injections, and don't do it in bad locations anymore :).

Go to the store and buy a nick kit, or qwik stop, it's a clotting agent used for when you cut yourself shaving or cut a mole or shit like that. Qwik stop is used for animals if you cut to deep on their nails, they bleed like mofo's but that shit stops it.

It will sting a little but hey.

Thats the only thing I can think of,
