hey has anyone seen this before, its one of those microwave rice pouches, just wondering if its healthy for a quick soloution. says whole grain brown rice, no perservatives nutrion facts per 125ml cals 130 fat 2g .02g is saturated cholrestrol 0 sodium 0 carbs 24g fiber 1 sugars 0 protein 2g iron 4% is there anything im missing or is this actually healthy. thxs
