Theres always the rent a nice hotel, buy something new and sexy get a bottle of champagne and go to town.

try to get a hotel with a nice shower/jaccuzi tub and a view.

he likes driving a nice vehicle, and can fix them up, but its not a car fanatic.

He drinks beer. He does not visit clubs he thinks that makes him a douche, and that means he cant dress well unless dressed by a female

He works a labor job.

I have no idea wth to get him.

oh i dunno. nothing crazy. its not big number birthday like 30.

thats a good idea. maybe take him to chicago or st.louis for a baseball game or something. those are nearby cities.

a long weekend vacay maybe?

If he likes golf you have a lot of options depending on ur budget..... You could pay for him to play a nice relaxing day on a nice course. You could find out if he wants any new clubs like a driver or a wedge or a putter and pick it up for him. If you do buy him a club or clubs make sure you know exactly what he wants or just get him a gift card but suprise him by taking him there to shop.
