oh yeah, mostly everything I do is on the rack/bench - squat, straightleg, incline, flat, military, iso curls, butterflies, rows, it's endless
I use the cable machine for alot of back, exotic plyo's
Now that it's winter and I can't do shit outside, it's all circuit training, 5-10 sec. rest inbetween sets, (ex: flat x 15, tri-ext x 15, repeat 3 times, switch groups) My heartrate roofs and i'm exhausted afterwards, but it kicks ass and with the little I have, i'm in bomb shape - OFF CYCLE-
