Almost 4 moths ago I moved to a place where I would not be able to work out until January. Rather than stress out about it I opted to take about 3 months off. During this time it was also hard to eat very clean. Part of me experiencing the culture I was living in meant eating much of what they do.

Long story short I am just getting back into the routine of eating clean and hitting the iron. It's hard enough to realize how much strength I have lost, but it is even rougher trying to eat entirely clean all of a sudden. I did great all last week, but come Saturday night I ate pizza and Sunday I ate like crap all day. I even had a donut and a custard pie and a loaf of french bread.

I am not overweight and my bf% has not gotten out of control. I just want to lean out before I start trying to put back on some mass.

Any help with some motivation and diet tips would be a huge help. I normally have so much self control. I didn't realize how hard it would be to switch back to the old routine.

best way to go about it is to write out your diet..each meal - so you can stick to it. Start off by having a 'cheat' meal once a week to reduce your cravings. Once you start to eat better cut down on your cheat meals..the better you eat the better youll WANT to eat.

rez hit the nail on the head...

You have to have your diet written out, for knowing what you're going to eat is usually 80% to eating clean.

Make sure to treat yourself every few days, so binging doesn't happen.
