ya I know.I dont think about it as much as I used to.this crist mass was the first cristmass I did not drink since I was 12 its bin 14 years since I had a sober crist mass.fuck thats fucked up.I had so much fun with my kids.had more fun with there presents then they did lol

well swole will be happy to know I am down from 250 to 198 now.not drinking has helped a lot but I have bin running again 2-3 miles a day.soon 3 miles then 4 and so on and so on till I get back to the 15 miles I used to be able to do.
