what do u guys think of Bill phillips workout body for life.....training split

1. upper body
2. cardio
3. lower body
4. cardio
5. upper body
6. cardio
 
I think it's good as long as you are only trying to maintain muscle while losing fat.. it's also not bad if you are short on time..

I don't think it's that good for developing size though. Just my .02

Its a sound routine w/ a smart common sense approach to nutrition but like stated above, its for the beginner. This program was basically developed to get people off the couch and into somekind of exercise program.

Also, im not a huge fan of high intensity cardio while dieting, i lose way too much muscle with it, but thats just me.
 
Workout is really hard....

upper lower body makes good sense...

You train all your bodypart sin harmony...
