whats happening man? yeah still kickin. just been laying off the chat board. burns up too much time. school is getting ready to start and i gotta get all my leisure suits in the cleaners, yknow? been training alot of people and keeping busy with studying for another certification.
i got down to 8.3% as of yesterday. hydrostatic bodyfat testing no less.
im on 2600 cals and a bit of cardio. not bad for no help. down from 15% to 8 and still dropping. ill get to 6% and start to work on putting muscle on and stay lean. (not 6% lean but lean nonetheless) just want to see what i look like @ 6%.
