Biggest Looser!

For shits and giggles i went to www.biggestloser.com to check it out. They have a BMI calc, says my ideal weight should be 160lbs and i should be eating 1700 cals a day. I think i'll stick to my current goals of 220 and 2400 daily intake lol!!

haha, who are they to tell us our ideal weight? Shit, I wanna be 250+ thats MY ideal weight, but im sure that site says something like 170. Haha, they are big losers.
 
I've lost 29lbs. in a month, and no matter how hard I hit the gym the loose skin is there like it or not. But you have to figure the people on this show are usually whatt 400lbs or so? Losing 30lbs. is about 8% of their weight. If you weighed 150lbs. that's about 7 lbs. in 2 weeks. Plus because they are so big the weight comes off a bit quicker just by them being active at all. Well that's my opinion at least.
