i am currently doing a low carb high protien diet and i lost alot of bodyfat the past month and 1/2 but ny neck went from 16 inches to 15 inches does anyone know any good neck excercises that will help me get it back up to 16 or even 17 inches.
manual resistance works too, if you want to target them directly. Just take a towel, put in around your head and pull in the opposite direction. Some gyms have goofy looking neck machines that do the job as well.
oh no dude youve got it all wrong, they are cool. especcially if you have a leather one, wear it without the weights, let the chain hang down and youll look like a viking!! vikings are strong.
sersiously i do exercises that may look stupid to some, but they work, and they make me stronger.
