Bigger Forearms

Hey everyone I just have a real quick question, what are some good excersies for the forearms that will most def. get them bigger? I really dont know that many but I wanna get them bigger. Thanks
 
Behind the back wrist curls, siting wrist curls and reverse barbell curls are all good for the forearms.

anyway, I like to sit down and use a curl bar with pretty lite weight at first if you aren't use to this. Lay your arms on your legs with your hands just past your knees facing up. Drop the weight in your hands, and make sure it streches the forearms down, and pull them back up. This burns the hell out of my forearms. Do a few sets then do them the other way, with the palms down, hope you understand this, this has put extremely nice gains on my forearms.

Yeah, but try to explain this to the busdriver that you are just wanting to get another workout in for the day, and it's like the Spanish Inquisition or something. You know, what do you think you are doing? What is your problem? Where did you get that thing, an elephant? Etc.

i wont go into any exercises......cause i cant be stuffed.

First off all. What do forearm muscles do? They grip things, they allow you to lift heavy strenth. They allow you to lift that heavy backpack and stuff.

By holding hreavy objects you are working forearms. For example doing bicep curls work forearms.
Rows work forearms. Now those weights are really light.

Do deadlifts. They are the BEST exercise for forearms and grip strenth! When you can grip 500 pounds and lift it off the floor, don't you think you would have pretty huge forearms?


go for deadlifts! All the way!
 
Mustang is 100% on, but I also get a lot of forearm action from sitting hammer curls. I lean the bench back so my arms hang forward a bit for added difficulty.

One the relax, I twist the db out as well - working forearms & triceps a little more (almost like a kick back).
