I have developed my arms to about 17 inches naturally, maybe creatine helped some. I've juiced in the past, but until recently it's been a long time. In the last 4 months, I've added about 1/2 inch using just 250 mgs a week of test. I want to get to nineteen inches, is it a realistic goal? I've been working out 24 years now. By increasing my dosage of test, how much more can I expect to gain? Should I train arms a specific way being on the juice? Any educated thoughts will be appreciated.
