After a long layoff (about 3 months) I decided it was time to get back into the game. When I started this diet I weighed 215lbs at about 13%. I am now 230 with just a little more bodyfat.

MEAL #1 6 eggs, 6 oz of sausage, 3 strips of beacon, 1 cup oats.

MEAL #2 Doublecheesburger (McDonalds) 1 can of Tuna, and 1 banana

MEAL #3 1 pound hamburger meat made into hamburger helper

MEAL #4 8oz of boneless chicken, with 1 cup brown rice

MEAL #5 12 oz ribeye steak, 1 baked potato

MEAL #6 1 cup whey protein 1/2 cup cottage cheese(blended)
1 boal of Keishi(sp?) cereal.

The same thing everyday. I am going to have to change some things up because I am beginning to hate; steak, doublecheeseburgers, and tuna.
 
you grow sick of tuna very quickly.

Have you counted the calories for that basic diet? Post how many calories it is and the percentage composition of protein fat and carbs plz.
 
really I have no idea how many cals that is. I am just trying to get used to eating alot of food right now. Next month I will start to get serious with it.
