It depends. But come on guys let's be real here. Most people like the mainstream look and that is a healthy lean quality athletic look. 5'8-5'10 at 200 pounds ripped for the most part would draw more POSITIVE attention than someone who is 225 ripped to the bone. Most people just find it too much and disgusting. Of course their are alot of people, men and women included who admire such a build and are attracted to to large cut physique but it definately isn't as attractive to the "average eye"(which makes up most of the population I might add) than someone smaller and just as cut.
After having said that BIG with some quality of course is definately IN. But not as much as someone who is lean, still has good muscle on him, and has that chiseled face still.
Weight-wise I don't want to be any heavier than I am already. I weigh about 225 right now. Next summer I want to be 210-215 lean as fuck!! Once I'm there I will concentrate more on just maintaining that and building more condition as well as still increasing my strength without increasing too much on the size game. Being a personal trainer as well not too many people(mainstream which I am geared more towards not training big muscular athletes of course) like to have a trainer that is pro bodybuilder material.
