usually after big movement (squat, DL, etc) i am too wiped out for much else which would usually consist of upper body work
since i am fairly happy with my leg size and not my upper body, I switched to upper body compound first then lower
whats your experience with this? the same crap happens now when i try squat or DL am a bit mentally too tired to really get into it
