big movements...before or after?

usually after big movement (squat, DL, etc) i am too wiped out for much else which would usually consist of upper body work
since i am fairly happy with my leg size and not my upper body, I switched to upper body compound first then lower

whats your experience with this? the same crap happens now when i try squat or DL am a bit mentally too tired to really get into it

So you are doing all three (sq,bn,dl) in the same workout?

That's a lot for your body to handle especially with that rep scheme.

no sorry, just one per workout, haha i would be carried out of gym on stretcher if doing all three at a time

full SQ - 20 reps single set
