Big Blast or Super Plasma Protein?

I wanted to know what would be a good choice between the big blast or the super plasma? Also... What is a good casein protein?

Um ....big blast has Super Plasma in it....
So not sure what you're asking...

Big Blast has SPP in it as long as other great forms of protein and carbs, etc.

Looking for the BEST protein to have throughout the day, depending on the day, it can be for meal replacements as well.. But i have heard alot of great things about big blast and gear.. It looks like this is the combo i do along with the liposhred stack
