just got this book, and think its a pretty interesting read.
does anyone here have any experiences with any of leo costa's training methods?

i would love to hear some feedback.
 
lol, thanks for the reply anyway. i'll finish reading it tonight and give my synopsis on it when i'm done. maybe i'll get some feedback then.
 
hay! i have that big also by leo costa is it? the bulgarians training style!! i did it and got HUGE off it!! its a great training system but you will eventually go into a state of catabolism if you use that workout naturally. i suggest being on some good test with that workout!!!!. good luck
 
thanks, i just got thru reading it, probably going to give it a go starting monday.

Did you do the 4 times a week program/the 6 times a week program, or the 2 times daily 6 days a week program?
 
well it doesn't seem like the overall volume would be that bad, just the frequency.
But the only way for me to find out is to try it. I think i'm going to post a workout journal using this program.
i'll keep everyone updated.
 
That's a great book IMHO. The program it outlines is excellent and the book is full of great information. Just make sure you follow the program to the letter and don't do forced reps or other set extension techniques. If you do you could very easily over train. But if you follow it to the letter, eat LOTS of good clean food and get 9-10 hours sleep each night you will grow like a weed! Good luck and please let everyone know how it goes.

Frequency is part of the volume equation.
