On PowerMag's pole they asked who will be the first to officially break the 800 pound bench mark. Over 1000 responded with Anthony Clark and Jamie Harris as the top contenders. I believe both of these to will be at the Arnold this year. Both are really nice guys when you talk to them. 800 might drop this year...? Jamie Harris is a monster.

The World's largest squatter (Brent Mikesell) is schedualled to lift to. He is wanting to break his current record again. I am so psyched!

Since I will be in OH for a week is there anything there to see?

jamie

WILL break 8 at the arnold baby!!!
fuk anthony clark, hes a one time wonder, altho prolly a nice guy and i know hes strong as hell, but lets get real here
harris is the king of the bench
long live the king

frk

i would also say it would be between AC and jamie but clark hasn't done anything lately.it will probaly be jamie harris..........

I think AC was an fantastic bencher, but personal problems have really gotten the best ofhim in the past few years. I would like to see him go back to 3 lift meets. People are forgetting abotu Clay Brandenberg and Crawford. Big Clay had 800 about 2 inches from lockout this year. Even Garry Frank could blow thru 800lbs. The big guy is still learnign how to use his bench shirt.

I heard that Anthony Clark won't be at the Arnold Classic this year although he will be attending the International House of Pancakes that day where he will try to claim another Superheavyweight world title by attempting to eat his WEIGHT IN PANCAKES!!!!!

My money is on BIG CLAY for the 800+ this Feb at the Arnold. Big interview with Clay in the January issue, saw him at the IPA Nats this weekend and he was 398 - whoa! Huge ribcage, arms and pecs...
