Big ass bruise on quad injection

I know this has to have happened to some if not all of you who do quad injections I was just wondering what's the big ass bruise from rite next to the injection no longer then three to five minutes after the injection a 3in by 5in bruise thanks for the replies

You just hit a vein and had a little sub-surface bleeding---it happens...

You may have had a little AS introduced into the bloodstream. Just be sure to always aspirate, and inject slowly.

Last monday, I pulled my skin tight on my quad before I had the pin out. Damn that hurt like a bitch. I got a little bruise from that. Definitely make sure you aspirate!
