Its really weird. I've never had my biceps sore at all ever in my life. So I went to the gym a day ago and did these work outs.
Military Press
Incline Bench
Flat bench
Dumbell press
Weighted Dips
And the machine where you bring your hands towards you.
Would those do it? Its odd.
