Biceps sore?

Its really weird. I've never had my biceps sore at all ever in my life. So I went to the gym a day ago and did these work outs.

Military Press
Incline Bench
Flat bench
Dumbell press
Weighted Dips
And the machine where you bring your hands towards you.

Would those do it? Its odd.
 
I did this workout on monday-
Front Squat ATG 3x4
-supersetted with-
Back Squat ATG 3x10
Leg Extension 1x20, 1x15, 1x12, 1x10
Leg press 2x10 1x15
Farmers Walk 3 heavy sets

The two days after my glutes and quads were sore yeah, but my biceps were more sore than they had been in a long while... wierd

It could be the machine you bring the hands toward you........ lol

Farmer walks can make the bis sore!
