I've heard that those popeye things with the cables are helpful in building the peak to your biceps...but I've never done them, so I can't speak from personal experience.

I think that the peak in your biceps comes mainly from cutting all the fat out on the arms...it's there, but sometimes you just can't see it.

its the lond head portion of your biceps that make the peak, and the best wey to work these is a wide grip on barbell curls.

Bicep shape is TOTALLY genetic. Look at the pros, they train more and use more drugs than anybody outside Marge Simpson, and no matter what they do some guys have good peaks some don't. That should tell you everything.

Hammer curls will develop the muslce right under the bicep and really bring out the peak.

those are your brachials (sp?) and they dont bring out a peak on everyone, they are actually more under the short head of your bicep and it wouldnt really make a peak at all.

i love my twin peaks

hehe :D

actually nah thats kind of interesting, i never throught about that before because my brother has much bigger muscles than me but hes got very blocky arms, where as im a few inches smaller but a much better shape. i think id prefere the size a bit more though.

I don't have much 'peak' but, my favorite moves for bicep development are hammer curls and incline db alternating curls

Arnold's right biceps peaks and his left is long and thick. I prefer the left one, personally. I don't really like that short, peaked look.

I think one of my friends has one, he does 25 reps of 10 lbs lol. Although he's probably around 7% bodyfat...this is all by genetics. He doesn't do anything but swim and play football. So its either genetics/low bodyfat. I wouldn't focus so much on biceps, they're over rated anyway, they're one of the smallest muscle groups in the body. Just play your strengths :).
