Alright, so my new job has been getting easier (going on week four now), since I've adjusted to the work load. The thing is, I sort've "shotput" some of the packages I lift (between 40-70 lbs. mostly) in order to move faster. It's easier than running back and forth, and most everyone does it.
The problem is, this has been putting a good deal of stress on my biceps, their tendons, and the muscles of the forearm just below the inner portion of the elbow.
My question is, what should I do about this? Rowing bothers it. After about an hour of working (out of a 3-4 hour night) the pain resides (possibly endorphins kicking in?) and I'm fine. When lifting I have little pain if any, but the following day upon awakening I find the muscles in those areas ridiculously sore. So sore that it hurts to bend my arm to brush my teeth until I give it a bit.
I figure if I continue trying to row and perform weighted pullups, I'll adjust, but I was wondering if anyone has any input as to the cause (just a high workload, or actual injury?) and/or a cure.
