So the past two times I've done back this week, I just did it yesterday and on bicep curls, I've got some pins and needles sort of in one arm, almost like it's super tense and whatnot, kinda feels fucked up, I don't really know what to think of it, or what I can do to fix it.
Any suggestions good bros.
