Bicep problem.. or not.. maybe overtrained?? shit I don't know!

So the past two times I've done back this week, I just did it yesterday and on bicep curls, I've got some pins and needles sort of in one arm, almost like it's super tense and whatnot, kinda feels fucked up, I don't really know what to think of it, or what I can do to fix it.

Any suggestions good bros.

happened last night on my last three sets of inverse curls, I stopped after the second set because it just felt a little to wierd.
 
do not do Biceps for the next 2 weeks


also when you do back be vert aware of how you use your biceps
 
Poo shit, it felt great during aka fine, but not so good when I got to bicep curls, happened twice this week. I even upped the weight to 75 on my 4th set of rows.

so what did I do omega? =/
