Site injects of winny might work. I wonder if you would be able to work out after that though? I would think it would be painful as a mofo.

Test suspension would also work I think, but who needs all that pain?

Incline bench curls work the center / peak of the biceps well for me.

I am lucky to have a peak on each bicep. My right peaks up more then my left. It seems that guys with long biceps do not have as much of a peak. The top of the bicep tends to be flat.

If you have the right geometry/genes, almost any good bicep routine will develop nice peaks.

Look at guys like Ferrigno, Levrone and Olivia. Those guys have much better genetics than guys like us. However, regardless of their superior genetics, access to better and newer equipment and personal dieticians they still do not have peaks.
Look on the bright side, guys who have longer muscle bellies in the arms have more room for growth. Ferrigno's arms were much bigger than Arnold's and say someone like Larry Scott.
If you don't have a good peak then concentrate on size and vascularity. Also, bring the tri's up. More times than not, the bicep can only be seen when you are intentionally flexing them. Huge triceps will show when you are doing anyting. Just my opinion.

thats what i find with myself. Bi's look okay when flexed, but tries show all the time
