Bicep injections for the first time!

I was a little leary about trying this because it seemed like it would hurt, but I decided to try it because I bi's could use some help. I was surprised that there was no pain at all when I injected and it was one of the smoothest injections I've done so far.

I injected 25mg of Prop and 25mg of Fina in each bicep today just before working out. The only pain is now. I biceps are sore as hell, but not intolerable.

I can't wait to try my triceps and delts!

Bis are cake and Tris are the best bang for the buck size shot

Tris were easy, bis were a little trickier. I found it took me quite a while to get all the oil in.

I have never had a problem with tri's but bi's are problematic. Have you ever noticed a lot of infections from bi injects? Seems like a lot. There are many ways to get complications from a bi injection, just take care, it it hurts going in, don't do it! You do NOT want to inject into a tendon or ligament!

yea man i have 2 infections in my whole juice career and both were from bicep injections...wtf is up with that?

I think part of the problem might be all the tendons/ligaments in the bi's, if you manage to stick that pin in one, you can get a severe irration that acts like or perhaps exacerbates an infection. I had an experience where I injected 1 cc of prop in each bicep, onehurt going in and swelled like a mf. The other no problem. Go figure!

The actual injection was a piece of cake, but about 3 hours later they hurt like a mo fo!! and are still sore!!


Is there anything I can do so that the prop doesn't hurt??

The soreness that comes with bicep injections are normally not from the compounds used. But rather in the case of first time injections it is from the oil stretching the fascia (sp?) though prop can be a little stinging too.

It is definitely the prop too. I don't want help with just the bicep pain because my legs were sore as hell for 3 days also. Anyone got any tricks??? Thanks

PS How do you hit a ligament? Wouldn't that require using atleast a 1.5" pin or not even hitting the muscle? I used 25g 5/8
