Go to www.elitefitness.com/members/2thick/ for pics. Bi and Tri injections are easy. Get a 25g 5/8" pin for the injections. Flex your bi and find the middle of your peak and keep your eye on that spot, relax your arm on a desk or table and find the spot you pointed to earlier...swab the spot with an alcohol sawb and stick the pin in (I would start off with 1/2-1cc for your first time) stick it in all the way, aspirate and shoot it nice and slow, pull the pin out after all the juice is in and flex your bicep. Tri's are basically the same procedure except I don't rest my arm on anything, I let it hand there. Remember to keep the pin as steady as possable
