I noticed an increase in size on my bi's after only 6 weeks of site injections with Fina and Oman into them. I also get great pumps at the gym. I don't care why or how they got bigger but they did and thats what matters to me

What is the proper procedure for bi's or Tri's injection. Where to inject, what size of pin?? Is there a site with pics that I can go to find out?
