bfolds eating template

well, im game. i'll try a little bfold food plan for the next few weeks.

so the general plan is:
buy a quantity of food that seems like alot.

eat it all through the week.

sounds good. simple.

i start cutting in december so it shouldnt be too bad to put on a bit of bodyfat. (dont tell my girlfriend i said that)

training is core lifts with some bodypart specific stuff intermixed. heavy but reps more conducive to hypertrophy vs. strength. rep ranges tend to drift around the 8 range. more controlled eccentric movements though not superslow.

sound like a plan?

i'll have to take some prelim measurements and some pics to see if i make a pretty good change.

well here is his shopping list:

4 gallons 1% milk
2 gallons skim milk (thought I'd give it a whirl)
2 10lb bags of chicken breasts
1 bucket of mac salad
14 cans of tuna
8 boxes of mac and cheese
8lbs hamburger
1 box white rice
5 sweet potatoes
1 box oatmeal
1 gallon oj
5 steak and mac dinners
4 boxes hamburger helper
12 cups yogurt

hope this helps

i ate all of that today for meal #2. i'm going to take the most humongous crap ever. my toilet already tried running out the front door screaming and hollerin, but i caught it and now it faces certain punishment from above.

:)

You will always have food left over for the next week...

if i get the quantities you had.....absolutely!!!

im going to be a bit more realistic for myself. hehe. thats major food, but lucky for me i have a roommate so he can help. but my main thing is to have stuff on hand to just eat with minimal preparation. im getting another foreman grill so i can bust out meat quickly and it wont be refridgerator dry.

back when i attempted a cycle, i switched to 1% milk and was pounding that stuff alot. eggs are always my friend. (microwave poacher works well). a rice cooker with brown rice in it is always good to dip into for carbs.

hey B did u keep track of calories pro carbs all of that stuff? did u keep a diet journal? fitday.com????

Haven't kept track of my kcals since I was 19-20 when I thought that I was going to be a bodybuilder. I just eat...as much as possible.

did u just judge my looks, strength, weigth gained... or what did u use to gauge yourself??????

Then:
I knew that if I lifted 4x per week, did cardio 3-4x per week, and ate NOTHING that Mother Nature didn't put on this earth...that I was going to get leaner.

Now:
If I feel bigger and get stronger...it is working.

I go to college, i have a good amount of muscle already. Im 5'9 and about 180 lbs and like 9% body fat. I live in my fraternity house. I have been lifting for 3 years. I can gain weight when i live at home fine. But when i get to school, im broke. Our cook makes us 2 meals a day and we don't get any meals on sat. Any ideas on cheap food. Easy to prepare so i can gain some more weight?

beef, eggs, milk, chicken, brown rice. All of these things are fairly cheap and you can buy in bulk. Goodluck.
