this has nothin to do with juice but this is where everone is so

are those Body fat monitors which send an electrical impulse through your fingers to estimate body fat percentage any good? accurate? pile of shit?

hydro tank is by far the most accurate method, but also the most unpractical for the everyday person..as it is rather expensive..

If you go to a gym, the trainers that work there will definitely be able to test your bodyfat with calipers for a small fee - and it's more consistent and accurate than doing it yourself, imo.

those electrical scales are total junk - I've had it read I was 18% bf and 8% bf a couple days apart..I'm pretty sure I would notice a difference between 18% and 8% :p

i have the walmart scale that tests it through your feet that thing is all over the charts

those feet scales are messed up. and don't trust anything you buy from walmart to actually work correctly. i'm not anti-corporation or anything. but after studying them a bit in college and having bad experiences myself, i've realized that they force their suppliers to mass produce products at rediculously low costs, and often this hinders the products quality.

The trainers at my gym use them but they are only accurate to within 6% so they use them only to monitor progress as they can be consistent. Ex. It may read 18% when you are really 12% so if you test youself a month later and it reads 15% your probably at 9%. But I still think they're not that good your next best cost effective choice is to have a trainer use the digital calipers. Always have the same trainer do it as different people may pinch a lot more or less which could scew your readings.

.....and makes it affordable for the same people that complain about jobs going overseas.
