Ok tried to post this in the Diet & Bodybuilding forum with no response.
I'm bulking for four more weeks at 15.7%bf. Is there a general rule on how many lbs u need to lose to drop your bf to under 10%??

No, it would all depend on what your total mass vs. lean mass is. If you are 200lbs and 15% bodyfat that means you have 30 pounds of fat to get down to 10 you would have to lose more than 10 pounds. PEACE
 
Damnit!!, i'm on my 6th week of deca qv 300 and gained 13lbs....lol
I guess when i cut to drop my bf% i'd lose most of my gains..
Enless i hit the last four weeks of my cycle real hard to gain maybe a total 20lbs
This shit is getting me pissed now...lmao

Relax...there are two ways to reduce your BF: 1) Lose BF, or 2) Increase your muscle mass. Do both at the same time and the results are amazing.
