what body fat % does this pic look like to you(tenced) , so hard to get rid of it-

its called a spare tire and its the hardest fat to get rid of
 
I would def. think its over 15% if that is flexed.. could be 12-20% easily
 
and you can get super slim and still have it.
Thats why i said its the hardest fat to get rid of
 
damnn yeah its annoying i really wanna get rid of it , will it just come off with time?

it will come of w/ diet or cardio or both.. dont look to drugs to help you with that.

if you want help w/ your diet or routine just ask. it just takes some dedication and it can be done

I do have a problem with my lower abs it's stubborn as hell although I can be showing 6 pack and it still be there it gets better with cutting on the long run so keep cutting and when you bulk please do not just go back to your super high BF % just a couple digits if at all and cut again otherwise you will burn out before it will.
 
There is a school of thought out there, which I have seen to be accurate I may add, that our bodies retain more fat in certain areas based on our hormonal profile. In a perfectly hormonally balanced body fat proportions are equal and when fat accumulation develops in certain areas it indicates specific hormonal imbalances. I beleive for men ab and pec fat is generally due to increased estrogen and cortisol levels.

you are in the high teens body fat wise.

i do give you props for posting this cause too many guys on here expect the vets to think that they are 5 7 and 200 pounds natty and just 10% body fat or some crazy stats. that is highly unlikely.

as an edit being in the high teens is fine. for a male over the age of 25-30 that is decent for american living standards. its borderline. but if you want to truely excel in this sport need to get that knocked down below 15% unless you plan on being just a PLer and not trying to make weight.

I agree with stevesmi.

As a rule of thumb:

at 15% BF your stomach is flat and love handles gone.

at 10% BF you can start to see the outline of your abs.

at 8% or lower, you have a 6-pack.
 
^^^yes and also depending on the time of the day matters and if you comp'd ahead of the photo. on my profile page my pic i have the outer abs showing. i fasted and did not drink that morning and made sure i cleared my bowels fully and pissed out as much water as possible before posing.

however I am definately not 10% body fat. i am somewhere around 13-14%. **translated to internet speak I am 7% body fat and 6 feet 225 pounds and can bench 480 pounds LOL. **

For men, 20% BF or below is considered healthy. The average american male is probably 20-25%
 
Ive always been told, until you have your body fat taken from someone who can calculate for you correctly, Take the number your thinking in your head and add 5% to it. Crazy enough when i did mine the first time, the number scared me. Just take a week and eat a splurge meal a day, then go back to hardore dieting if you have been hardcore for a couple months to help keep some sanity...(unless your cutting on a time frame for a show).... You may bloat a bit, but when you go back to low sodium and counting calories to lose, it should help you lose weight. I feel ya dude, hardest and the last bit off fat to go.... Good luck... early cardio on empty stomach and BCAAs helped me. 40 mins twice a day, with a good fat burner, and you should see some weight shed.
 
you def. appear healthy but there is a lot to health then just looks.

am cardio 3-4 times a day is a great way to burn fat.. just dont go real high intensity imo.. slow steady jogs work for me. I save high intensity stuff for mid day or night time.

you are borderline.

N2Stim is a great fat burner and it won't screw you up like others.. so you could combine that with cardio and you would do well. but its up to you to take over from there. you can generate a lot of heat and fat burning principles in the body by doing long sessions of cardio
