I called to setup an appointment with the lady that does this at my gym.. she calls back and leaves a message saying I need to stop taking any duiretics for a week, can't have water 4 hours before, I need to be awake at least 3 hours before the test, etc.. etc.. I thought she was just going to get the calipers out and take 5 minutes to measure me, I had no idea it was this complicated! anyone ever have to do this with similar restrictions? what's the big deal here?
