Sup fellas,
This is kind of a long one. I wanted to run my future cycle by you brilliant people and get some advice, and also introduce myself and tell my short history w/the nectar. Anyway, right now I'm 6'0, 175 lbs, which is about as muscularly-lean as I can get naturally. (By the way, if you want to (please) just critique my cycle, go ahead and scroll to the bottom of this.) Basically I did one cycle about 2 years ago, an 8-week bulking cycle w/400 mg/wk Deca and 400 mg/wk Test (enanthate), and by using Clomid, I kept nearly all of it (except, of course, the water weight). By the way, in retrospect, and for the newbies, that's way too short of a cycle, b/c I really only got about 4-5 weeks of solid effects from those roids b/c of their slow effect. But the gains were still pretty damn great: I shot up to 195, then down to about 187 after I drained myself of the water. After that, about 5 months later, I did my second cycle, an 8-week cutting cycle (for summer). It consisted of--and I swear these little amounts worked like a charm for me--25 mg ED Winny (for all 8 weeks), along w/ 200mg Test (prop) & 200mg Deca/wk (for the joints--super important w/that Winny). I ripped up, perfect for what I wanted, at about a solid 185 lbs. I know that seems really minor to the big boys, but that's exactly what I wanted. Being freaky-huge isn't my goal.
Anyway, here's where I really acted like a fucking idiot. I decided, since Clomid made me turn into, basically, a bitch after my last cycle, that I'd just skip it completely. HUUUUGE MISTAKE. You name the problem, I got it. My hair hated my scalp and quickly boycotted it. I got puffy, sore, irritated nipples, and had to make a super-quick run over the border (I live in SoCal) to get some Nolvadex, b/c they don't even know what Arimidex is in Mexico, without looking at that dumbass big book (you know what I'm talking about if you've been there). The Nolvadex at least halted it, but I still have somewhat distorted nipples though to see it you have to really be looking hard. I lost nearly ALL my gains, and fucking quickly too. Then I went to Europe, got fat, came home & hopped on ECA to get rid of that, and while I lost all the fat, I lost all the muscle too. Terrible. I was flat-out skinny. I had to work hard, training naturally, to get back up to my natural 175. Live and learn, I guess. I recently read someone who was wondering the same thing as I was about the Clomid: is it really that important, since it makes me feel so much like a bitch? The easy, easy answer: HELL YES. Take the two weeks of feeling like a chick on her period--it's well worth it. (Quick sidenote: with my test & HTPA levels all fucked up from not taking the clomid post-cycle, whenever I would smoke marijuana my nipples would hurt like crazy. I think this is why scientists used to warn that marijuana could cause gynecomastia, because pot exasperates the effects of having fucked up hormone levels. It took me a while to figure out the pot was actually doing that, rather than me tripping mentally off the bud. Ha.)
**So, now here I am. I'm thinking that, since it's been so long since I've done a cycle, I might as well treat it like my first. So, coming up, I'm going to do a 10-week cycle of 400mg/wk T-200 (enanthate), 300 mg/wk Ttokyo Deca, .25 mg ED liquidex, followed by standard CLOMID therapy. That's my planned cycle, and here's my questions:
1.)Any suggestions to my cycle?
2.)I've never bulked w/liquidex, or known anyone who has. Saying someone will gain, on their first cycle, between 20-30 lbs (w/proper diet) w/Test & Deca & the subsequent water weight, what range of weight could I expect by running this kind of cycle w/the liquidex? 10 lbs or so, solid?
3.)Obviously I'm going to want to get rid of the fat from my overeating during the bulking cycle. But I want to take time off before I start a cutting cycle, which I'll start about 2-3 months later (I'll definitely do the Winny/Deca cycle again--I loved it). My question is: what's the best way to bridge/train for the 2-3 months between my bulking & cutting cycle? A Primo-based cycle w/ECA? Just regular eat and train? Simply rest? Huck's NYC & Liquidex? Any comments would be hugely appreciated.
